Not long after launching CareCulture, the team saw a unique gap in the market that was being underserved by the more temporary side of locums staffing, that CareCulture couldn’t provide. With that, the child brand of InterSolve Staffing Solutions was born. Taking on the initial direction that the design should be straight-forward, bold, and simple, this staffing firm looked to live in a separate world from their previously established start-up. Given the simple nature of the audience they were targeting, a primary palette and type-based logo, gave them the identity they were looking for.
