Company culture goes way beyond free coffee and picnics; it is about people. In fact, Culture IQ has 10 pillars and a platform to prove and measure that. I worked as a branding and web designer with a small team from Frank Collective, to establish a human approach to data, breaking down the otherwise intangible subject of work place culture. Over the course of a few weeks, I worked with another designer to develop the identity, illustration style and iconography for the site, through final implementation with the developers.
